Malaysia Airlines - SriLankan Airlines: Codeshare Partnership Sep 15

Malaysia Airlines and SriLankan Airlines have signed an agreement to augment their longstanding codeshare partnership, cementing their promise to work closely with each other. Malyasia Airlines will codeshare on SriLankan flights to Male in the Maldives while SriLankan Airlines will get rid of admission to Los Angeles, Sydney, Melbourne, Jakarta, and Seoul through Malaysia Airlines.

Both the Asian airlines will benefit tremendously from the move as well their customers. Both the airlines have been code sharing since 1999 between Kuala Lumpur and Colombo.     That’s good thing for both airline companies. anyway, i’ll be waiting for the Cebu Pacific / Philippine Airlines and Malaysia Airlines Partnership. :)
